Holistic Nourishment Goes to the Carlsbad Wellness Expo
On Saturday, July 7th, Holistic Nourishment participated in a Health & Wellness Expo in North County San Diego.

This was my first expo, and I can’t wait to do another!
What’s Next?
The next event Holistic Nourishment will attend is a cooking demonstration at Whole Foods in Encinitas. We will be exploring the flavors of the East with Vegetable Stir-Fry and Veggie Curry! Learn how easy it is to prepare delicious and nutritious meals during this hour long presentation. The presentation will be outside in the courtyard at the Whole Foods on Highway 101. Don’t forget your hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and of course your appetite!
The demonstration is on July 28th at 10:30am. There are about 30 people expected to show up, it would be great to come out and show your support!
